Shelley Fabares – Still in the Entertainment Industry at 76
This talented actress is best known for playing the character of Mary Stone in the sitcom The Donna Reed Show as a child performer, and successfully transitioned into playing older roles later in life. Over the years Shelley Fabares had many health scares, and even underwent a liver transplant, but there’s no retirement for this busy bee.
After her younger days with Donna Reed and Annette, she started making movies and eventually starred opposite The King of Rock n Roll Elvis Presley in 3 movies, Spinout, Girl Happy and Clambake. She eventually stopped acting in the 90s and from 2004 to 2011, Shelley produced the prestigious SAG Awards.
