Gloria Henry – Retired At 95

Remember the TV series Dennis the Menace? (No, not the animated version). We are talking about the 1959 comedy series with this title to remind you about Gloria Henry who portrayed the mother of Dennis – the troublemaker. Apparently, Gloria is most remembered for playing Alice Mitchell among all the other roles she played during her average career. Post-cancellation of the show, she appeared in films and television in brief roles and after a long hiatus, she made a come-back with Her Minor Thing (2005). This actress has now retired from the acting world and makes occasional appearances in conventions and film festivals.
