Jimmy Lydon is a film and television actor who entered the showbiz during his teen years in the 1930s. His acting career began during the times of the Great Depression when his alcoholic father quit working and stopped providing for the family. Initially, Jimmy performed in plays under Broadway production and after a couple of years, he found his way to Hollywood through the movie Tom Brown’s School Days. Along with giving some notable performances in films like Life with Father, he also had a fair opportunity to work on television. This 95-year-old later moved to production and now has been living a retired life in California.
